The title seems to imply that CISPA is now IN EFFECT. Which is, according to the article, very much not true. It made it through the House. It now moves on to the Senate, does it not?The game isn’t over yet, Tumblr. Jesus, you guys are fatalist.
White House is still threatening a veto, and they didn’t muster the numbers to override that.
